Step 2: On your Mac, open the photos app if it doesn't automatically open. You should also see the import screen showing all the photos and videos on the iPod touch. Click on the photos you want to import and then click "Import Selected."

Step 3: When the import is complete, you will see a message asking if you want to delete or keep the images on iPod touch. Click "Delete" to remove the photos or "Keep" to retain them.
